Booking Information
Tickets are $7.00 for talks and $13.00 per workshop. Please check the information for prices on community events. All people attending events require a ticket, including accompanying teachers. Tickets will be issued as either a Print at home ticket (one ticket per page) or a Confirmation Email listing all tickets on one page. Tickets or the email confirmation will be emailed to you; these are to be shown at each venue for entry.
There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets are processed.
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased 24 hours a day using a credit card via the website at www.voicesonthecoast.com. Tickets will be on sale late March, early April 2012.

Reservations
Tickets can be reserved up to 14 days without payment. Full payment must be made before tickets will be issued. If tickets are not paid within 14 days of the booking they will be released. Booking forms should be posted to the Voices office if you wish to reserve tickets or contact the Voices on the Coast office.
Photography Permission
A photographer will be in attendance at the festival, the purchase of a ticket implies permission to use the photos for archival and marketing purposes

Venues and Room Schedules
Room Schedules
Detailed room schedules and maps will be available closer to the festival. The room schedule and map will be emailed to all ticket holders, in addition it will also be on the website and copies will be available at the festival.

Charter Buses at the University – it is recommended that buses use the Transit Centre to drop off and pick up children. The Transit Centre is accessed via the Greenlink at the end of Scholars Way off University Way. Bus parking is available at the rear of Carpark 7
Booksales
The festival bookshop is coordinated by the University Co-op Bookshop on site at the festival. Books will be for sale during the festival and presenters will be available to sign purchased copies in the signing area.
